I also noticed fast room service and efficient housekeeping . The staff proved attentive. They ensured a great experience from beginning to end. The sky bar boasts AMAZING sunset views. A local DJ spins tunes on weekends.

The hotel, while generally well kept, showed some minor signs of wear and tear that could benefit from refreshing.

The hotel staff were friendly. Maya at the front desk was particularly helpful. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I appreciate its location. It is near Terminal 21 and other nightlife spots.

The rooms are somewhat outdated. Refurbishment would improve the experience. The shower drains emitted an odor. Higher quality toiletries could be provided considering the price.

Polite staff took care of me .

The room was not cleaned well. I found some trash from previous guests in the drawer, and housekeeping didn't refill daily amenities. Security guards seemed unhelpful and sometimes rude, also they never offered assistance when it looked like I needed it.
